Deborah and the staff were amazing. They took care of the entire family when the weather that day was horrible, they move the whole service inside in minutes and carried off an outstanding service. Thank you.

I would like to thank Rebekah Million and Marie Hinds for their care and compassion they showed me while providing services during my sister's passing. Rebekah was ready to help me in any way she could from our first conversation. She also talked some things through with me, offering very helpful suggestions that helped me make some decisions about things I was struggling with. I never felt pressured or rushed and she gave me all the time I needed to make decisions. She was also very prompt in getting back to me with questions I needed answered. Thank you Rebekah. Marie Hinds went above and beyond helping me with adapting the picture I wanted to use for my sister. She worked her magic and made it perfect. She even picked a beautiful background to go along with her picture. The work she did on my sister's service folder, her guest book and her attention to detail will always stay with me. Thank you Marie. Thank you both for making a very difficult time a little easier.

I want to express my great disappointment with the services provided. While they were very kind and helpful during the service, their follow-up services were non-existent. I did not receive responses to emails while trying to design and purchase the marker, or to check status. I was given wildly inaccurate estimates of how long it would take to receive the marker. I was promised on several occasions that I would be notified when the marker was placed and receive a photo - neither ever happened.
