We recently met with Jamie Enciso (more than once) who assisted us with all the pre-planning for my mom... and she was absolutely amazing! We had a lot of questions and, to put it frankly, there was so much that we didn't know. Jamie immediately put us at ease and walked us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and helped us choose a plan that aligned with both my mom's wishes and her budget. Jamie is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, flexible, and easy to work with. My mom was able to come away with a plan that she is very happy with.
