When my sweet little gecko passed, the staff here were incredibly considerate, and calming. When it was time to pick her up, they called me and let me know. I wasn't able to make it until a couple days later and got there when they closed. I wish I can remember her name, but a very kind lady opened the doors for me so I can get my sweet little gecko's remains.. I pray to not need to use this service again, but if I do, I will. Thank you!

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with Lasting Paws recently. My pup passed away May 1st at VCA in Loveland. The same day I called Lasting Paws and was told she would be picked up the following day. I found out through VCA that she had been left there and still had not been picked up the following Tuesday. It took them an entire week to take care of everything while my sweet pup was waiting in a freezer. They didn't communicate with me through any of this, I had to call them. It was extremely disappointing to then receive mediocre paw prints when they charge the prices that they do. If I had the opportunity to choose a different place for cremation, I would.

My cat Codex passed away a couple weeks ago due to cancer. I was able to drop her with a vet in Boulder who uses this service for cremation. The website was super easy to navigate and i received a phone call to go over a request I’d made - to have some of her ashes separated for my ex husband. They were more than happy to oblige. I received free shipping to my home. The only thing I felt that was missing was shipping info. I received an initial email to select my options and a phone call, but no other communication. I received her ashes back about a week later and everything was packaged beautifully. Her urn is perfect, as well as the ceramic paw prints I requested. They even placed a small plastic bag of her ashes into a cloth bag for my ex. When the time comes to say goodbye to my next pets, I will be happy to use them again.

Wes was great to work with as we prepared ourselves to pick up our boy's ashes. He was very kind and compasionate during our phone conversations. When we went to pick up our pup, he was empathetic, soft spoken, and exactly the vibe we needed during this difficult time. The urn we chose turned out beautiful and they also provided grief brochures to help us cope with our loss.
