As we go through our daily lives, you never think of a funeral home until you attend a funeral service or worse, deal with the loss of a loved one. My sisters and I were very fortunate that my oldest sister did her research many years ago for that day that will come. Through her research, she chose Evergreen Funeral Home. Unfortunately, that day came for my oldest sister recently. I contacted Evergreen in accordance with my sister’s wishes and met with Michelle, a director at the funeral home. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Michelle provided exceptional care, support, and professionalism. From our additional contacts after our first meeting, Michelle exhibited kindness, patience and understanding, which truly made a world of difference as we navigated the loss of our loved one. She guided me through every step of the process, ensuring that every detail was handled with respect and sensitivity. She took the time to listen to my wishes and offered thoughtful suggestions to help us honor our loved one in a meaningful way. Her gentle approach and attention to detail made a difficult time much more bearable for our family. I am deeply grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at the funeral home. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a caring and reliable team during such an important and emotional time.

I will say my experience with Evergreen was very good. From the moment my brother and I arrived we were treated with sympathy and respect. Having to bury a loved one is by far one of the hardest things I think a person can go through. Be realistic with your expectations in the process. Nobody is perfect. What helped us was having a plan in mind before we even showed up. The hardest part was having a dollar amount in mind. I can say with certainty, as hard as it may be, the more things you can try and figure out before you get there the easier it will be to figure out the finer details. Michelle and the entire staff were there for us every time we had a question or needed to stop in for something. I personally can't say enough about Michelle, she will always have a special place in my heart. While going through our process I was a mess at times and like an angel she was there. It didn't matter if I needed a hug or words of encouragement. Remember if anything that the Evergreen staff are there to help you in your darkest times...be kind

I’ve used this company for multiple family members services. Michelle went above and beyond for my grandmothers celebration of life. I purchased cremation services and then had a reception to follow. Michelle helped me with ordering necklaces & flowers. Michelle also made sure every detail I wanted for my grandmothers service was in it. I brought things to display and they set it up just beautiful! A few technical difficulties with music n such but it didn’t change how beautiful it was. So thank you for treating my family like royalty. I appreciate it.

The staff a Evergreen Funeral Home were kind and very accommodating when it came to my father sudden passing. Arrangements were made swiftly with no issues. Michelle was very helpful in explaining everything that needed discussed with compassion and empathy. I would definitely recommend them and their services. Thank you Evergreen!!

Michelle helped my family today and we are extremely unhappy with the treatment we recieved. She was very cold hearted, unorganized, uncomforting and rude. When we specifically asked about certain personal effects. We were told those were destroyed. We had to call the coroner's officer to get a report about what was sent. When we called back to get the personal effects we didn't revieve. We were told, it was in the room with my grandfather wich it was not. My mothers sister asked if she could step in the chapel wich was not being used at the time. long enough for a quick prayer and was told no very rudely. She was very uncouth and we are very upset about the treatment and sure hope she is better about taking care of our loved one. Than she was at Taking care of us and we will not be recommending this funeral home to anybody. We feel something should be done about this.
