Duty Free Pets has always had great communication. Someone lets me know when their on their way, which is great. Our dog is friendly but protective so it's just easier to bring her inside. I've never had any issues with the service and feel that it's well worth the money. Some might think it's crazy to pay someone to do something that could be done yourself but I find it super convenient and it saves us time. This service makes it easy and one less thing on the to do list. I have already recommended Duty Free Pets to a friend and would continue to do so.
I have used Duty Free Pets for about a year. They are always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. The gate is always closed for my dog’s safety after every service. Even when they have to skip a service due to a storm or issue, they come back out as soon as possible unprompted. It’s nice to never have to worry about picking up after my two dogs, and I’m very happy to have found a reliable company.

We have used Duty Free Pets for two years now and have been very happy with their service. Eric has always done a great job of communicating with us about his service and the workers are thorough in checking everywhere for cleanup needs. They text before they come so we know when they are coming in the yard, and they leave a little message on the door knob to let us know they have been there. Highly recommended.
