Affordable Crematory

Brian is, without question, the most insufferable human being ever allowed near a phone. He talks over you like he’s narrating a hostage situation and somehow thinks that yelling equals “professional.” Here’s how our magical exchange went: I called, calmly, said, “I know you don’t do pet cremation, as your voicemail said, but what services do you provide, or do you have referrals?” Brian — bless his empty little headset — barks, “We don’t do cremation!” and hangs up like I just insulted his ancestors. So I call back — because I, unlike Brian, have manners — and ask for the supervisor. He throws a fit, sputtering, “We don’t do pet cremation! Our website doesn’t say that!” Click. Again. Brian, my guy — you’re not the gatekeeper of heaven’s crematorium. You’re a receptionist with anger issues and Wi-Fi access. Get over yourself before your headset files for emotional distress.

Dealing with a family members death unexpectedly is tough, especially when you live in another state and cannot travel to take care of things. Brandon was great, helped me thru whole process. He spent the time working with me to get everything arranged, including having his ashes shipped to me. I am glad that I found Affordable Crematory. Hopefully I will not need their services again any time soon, but I would contact them again if the need arose.
