Trident Society

Trident Society has been amazing! They were quick to respond when notified of my husband’s passing. I am impressed by their compassion, knowledge and going the extra mile to ensure all details were taken properly managed. Christopher was extremely helpful. I was SO thankful to have everything in place. It made it so easy on me during this difficult time. I highly recommend Trident to everyone.

Trident has a great program. House visit was very informative. Bianca was a very pleasant representative. Cody gave us a follow up call as he was my first contact. He is researching how to get us a clean contract as there was a glitch in my wife’s that charged her for what we wanted but didn’t show services on actual contract. Steven “fixed”’by writing on contract but we would really like a more precise one. Overall engine 5 stars! Thanks for your services!

I could not be more pleased with the terrific care that I Experienced when my Father passed. Trident was just A phone call away, or an e mail. They were helpful & Supportive through out the process of getting my Father Cremated and buried. They checked in with me Dailey. I feel they went over and above what I expected. I highly recommend them. Peace of mind, organized, efficient. I’m so thankful !

I called Trident for an appointment to plan in advance for my wife and me. I learned from my parents and my in-laws that being responsible for arranging our wishes regarding funeral planning was essential. The trident society contact called me to get our address to secure a future date. Our consultant was Bianca Figueros, a certified pre-arrangement advisor. She arrived as planned on time. I asked her many questions and was pleased with her presentation. The meeting took a bit longer than I thought, but it wasn't an over-sell, mostly information. I was pleased and felt satisfied with their plans. We both became members of their society. Bianca also expalined the next steps and how their office would follow up. We are both very happy about our choices and our association with Trident Society.

Bianca Figueroa was personable and easy to work with while designing our coverage. She came to our home to guide us through the process and never once pressured us to purchase services, rather she explained them in fine detail and left it to us to chose what we felt was appropriate for our needs. Bianca spoke openly of Trident Society’s history and affiliations and shared a heart felt camaraderie of the elderly while maintaining a professional commitment to client and company.
