First funeral service and burial for our first beloved dog. Shawnee was patient, helpful and attentive to our family needs. Pricing is very reasonable. Ryan is very professional and compassionate. I want to thank West Coast Pet Memorial for their excellent customer service and compassion toward me during this incredibly difficult time losing my best friend and soul kitty, Rose. There was a woman named Martha who took my phone calls and she was able to assist me with every question I had and also showed such kindness and care toward me. I received my Rose's ashes in a beautiful, hand-carved, wooden box, along with a clay imprint of her paw. Thank you for exceeding my expectations, especially during this difficult time. Rose will be with me forever, now. ❤️

When the vet messed up my boy's name (and the urn he was supposed to be interred in), I called them to fix it. After getting a frustrating response, I called West Coast Pet Memorial directly and spoke with Shawnee. SHE WAS INCREDIBLE. She gave several options on how to best fix it, and said "we NEED to get his name on there." In the event that you need support for your pet's funerary aftercare, they are INCREDIBLE. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I don't know how much Shawnee is making, but it's not enough! She's amazing! Thank you for your incredibly caring response and treatment for Pope Samuel L. Compassion is the first word that comes to mind of our experience with West Coast Pet Memorial. We used their cremation services for Elvis and Priscilla our beloved cats. Priscilla went first, followed by Elvis a few months later. We weren't sure what to expect when we received Priscilla's remains. The cedar box holding their remains was of the highest quality and was enclosed with a royal blue velvet bag along with an engraved brass tag to secure to the cedar box. The personal touch of a card with a lock of their hair, a document of their cremation date and cast of their paws told us they treated them with care and respect. Elvis received the same care and compassion when we used them again for his services.
