Unexpectedly I experienced the loss of my fur baby. It was painful to make this call and despite the tragedy of it all, the process of caring for my baby after was pleasant thanks to Rainbow Bridge. I called late into the night when it all happened. The rep on the phone was empathetic and helpful. My baby was picked up within the hour of her passing and in less than a week she was brought back to me. Rainbow Bridge was helpful, communicative, friendly, and understanding. During our most difficult moments when we had to say goodbye to our precious Rylee, we contacted Rainbow Bridge Pets Cremations and I am so glad we did. Franciny and Gelver run this amazing business with their hearts and souls, and they showed such care, compassion, and respect from beginning to end. Franciny assisted me with scheduling as I cried on the phone, and she offered words of comfort and understanding. I received phone calls with updates on when to expect the driver to come, and again was offered a conversation and words of comfort. Gelver arrived at our home and he was warm, gracious and compassionate, he did not rush us at all, and allowed me to carry our baby to the car in a soft blanket that he provided since I preferred to keep my Rylee's blanket. I received more phone calls updating on the process and timing, again with encouraging words and understanding. Franciny called again in the morning to let us know the driver was on the way with the remains and paw print, which was so kind. I felt like they made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way, and we could tell they took personal care to ensure the process was dignified and beautiful. I am so grateful for them and so glad we found them. I even received another follow up call a few days after receiving our little one's remains just to check in on me and to see how I'm doing. This was above and beyond. Thank you for making the most difficult time in our lives a little bit less painful.

Found them via Google. They were one of the only few listings in Los Angeles with a 24-hour line. So I called. We used their services. Our little one passed away late at night. They took our call after midnight. And arrived Early that morning.. we didn't know what to expect but at least our little one was picked up VIP style and the black SUV. A little funny because she iwass just a tiny Chihuahua. They were very courteous and professional on the phone and in person. They will give you instructions over the phone To prepare for the pickup. We recently lost our 4th dogs Pinto after having him on 15/16th years. Me and my partner were very sad and life has to move on. I recommend this place because of their caring, had picked up our beloved 2nd(Cris,2022) and 3rd(Ringo,2023) dogs with low cost cremation. Franciny and Gelver (Manager) provide excellent services, they will come your home to pick up your beloved pet with respect, provide some console, and giving you time to say goodbye to your pet. As pets owner themselves, they undersood how devestate is to lose a family member rather than just a pet. In addition, after your pet is cremated, they will deliver the ashes in a small box with paw print per your request. They are locally-owned small business and we all should give more support!
