They provided me with the worst experience at the most crucial time. My loved one was dying in the hospital and someone who barely spoke my language called me on the phone wanting me to make a decision on her organs immediately. For some reason they couldn’t give me the grace of an in person contact nor could they give me the grace of a few hours to even settle what had happened . Many years later I learned of a thing called an honor walk. It brought up all that pain from my experience and my question is why wasn’t that brought to me as an option. Things would have gone so differently for me if the customer service had been in aliment with what was happening. I left that experience removing myself as an organ donor and speak adamantly against organ donation. I realise that every experience is different and some people have had an incredible experience. Mine wasn’t . I felt fully attacked by the person on the phone who barely spoke my language. That conversation should always be had in person with the family . No matter what .

My Mom passed away suddenly in Dec 2018. I was left lost and confused. The hospital gave me many options for cremation! Several were called and all they wanted was to sell me things and charge a HUGE amount! I finally made a call to the Neptune society! They were so very kind, helpful and listened to me and what I wanted. They worked with me and made me feel so much better. I Highly recommend them to everyone who is in need of a service such as this!
