Thank you Carrie and the staff at Neptune Society in Oakland. They handled the entire process of our mother's death with great care, efficiency, clarity, and heart. Every step of the way from the handling of our Mom's body, to the final day when several of us gathered with Mom before her cremation, it all was easy, respectful and flawless.
