My rescue cat Mini passed away on a saturday night and I was able to get into aquapet the next day. They were very kind and accommodating and gave us a nice send off with Mini. During this extremely difficult time, aquapet made it a very easy process and were very grateful that we saved Mini from a life on the street. The pickup was also very easy and they did a wonderful job with the ashes, the paw print and the fur/whiskers. I’m so thankful to them for making this awful experience bearable and pleasant. We came to Aqua Pet Cremation to lay our beloved cat, Susana, to rest. From the very beginning, the service was absolutely amazing. They not only handled everything with compassion and professionalism, but also gave us the opportunity to have a private ceremony with our family. Our beloved dog passed away recently and as we researched we found Aquapet Aquamation and Memorials Inc to be the best choice for our dog’s private aquamation. Another place we previously called was quite cold in their approach and informing us of a strict pick up process and sending the pet to a different state for the cremation. We then called Aquapet and they offered their condolences to us and referred to our dog by her name, we felt their authenticity and warmth after our conversation and chose them instead. Though it was on a weekend and close to closing, they were accommodating and understanding and allowed us to come in for the walk-in. The night staff member was very cordial and compassionate. They gently laid our pet on a little crib to properly hold a private memorial for her with only our family members present. They extended the time for the viewing as we were really mourning for our loss as we said our last goodbyes. After the package selection, the staff member even made sure we had all of our pets belongings like their blanket etc. The staff member then informed us upfront that the latest we’ll pick up our dogs ashes was in 2 weeks, but we picked her up in 10 days and the aquamation occurred in 5 days. The bag we received along with our dogs ashes was clean and well put together along with her aquamation certificate. Although our dogs passing was hard for us, the memorial service and experience was peaceful and positive.

Very good and comforting experience. My first time having a pet pass away and they were very nice and very informative about the whole process. I would definitely recommend and come here again if I have another pet pass away. Loved the experience!
