I had a great experience at All County Cremation. I went to pre -plan for both my mom and dad’s final arrangements since I knew that the need was imminent. I met with Karen who was fantastic.She described everything in detail and was very kind. Once I needed them they were here within an hour to pick up my loved one. Irma was fantastic in keeping me informed throughout the process. Sarah has checked in with me to see how I am doing a month after the fact. I can’t recommend them enough. They have all been kind, caring and efficient. I definitely recommend All County Cremation to handle all aspects of your loved one’s final arrangements.

Jack and Sarah are amazing people who are obviously called to this service. Serving with genuine patience, kindness, compassion, understanding and reassurance of their knowledge to take care of business. That daily service carried me through my grief and confusion hundreds of miles away. I live in eastern NC, my brother passed in hospice care in castro valley California. We had daily calls for months but never got any paperwork done. I knew he wanted to be cremated and sent back home. My sweet brother passed the Monday of Thanksgiving week. I called Jack that day and shared my dilemma with him. His reassurance and kindness calmed my broken heart. I knew right away that my brother was in good hands. Jack got us thru the holiday, thru docusign for me and my three siblings living up and down the east coast, thru death certificate glitches not in his control, and keeping me in the loop with daily texts or calls. He or Sarah were always available with that unwavering grace, patience, kindness and reassurance. This is a Calling, a calling to Serve, genuinely from the heart. There are no words to describe how overwhelming it is to know that you can trust a total stranger, hundreds of miles away, to fulfill your wishes and bring your loved one home safe and sound. Jack and his staff at All County Cremation Services are kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. I called them at 4am to let them know that my brother died. He was delivered to All County quickly. This eased my mind greatly. Everyone helped me through the process. I didn’t know what to do but that was no obstacle because Jack and everyone guided me through. They made it painless.. I am grateful for their support, guidance and compassion.

All County Cremation is affordable compared to the alternatives. They don’t give you a hard sell or try to add on extras that you don’t need. When I needed to contact Jack, he was responsive. If you are looking for a simple cremation with a perfectly decent process, this is a good choice. I used All County for my husband’s cremation after his time in hospice. I plan to sign up with them for my own for when the time comes.

I had the unfortunate loss of my dad while he was in San Francisco. We don’t live in that area, so navigating the process in a strange city was challenging. Luckily I stumbled across All County Cremation Services. Hackman the team were wonderful. They were helpful and handled everything. Eventually we had to communicate remotely and that was easy to do from home. I’d highly recommend using this company if you ever find yourself in this difficult situation.
