We had a great experience working with Access Cremation. From pre-planning to pick up. They were empathetic, professional and communicative. Upfront and reasonable prices and very responsive. We’ve had other cremation experiences that did not go well, so we were VERY happy with Access Cremation. Recommend Highly.
After speaking with multiple funeral homes and mortuaries, Access was the most responsive and the best cost. Tricia managed every step of the way and communicated promptly. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You can text or call day or night. I would recommend Access to anyone during this difficult time
This was one of the hardest things I had to do, my husband past suddenly, very unexpected. My heart was broken, I was still in shock but I knew I had to take care of him so he could rest in peace. I went to one cremation place but had a cold uncomfortable feeling. It felt like death. I then went to another cremation place, it was a much calmer place it felt 100% different when I walked in. I spoke a very kind woman by the name of Tanya. She was very kind understanding of my situation. Her prices were good but a little high for me in the situation I was in. So she recommended Tricia Martinez to me, she called her and explained my situation to her and introduced us over the phone. She was kind and I felt a sense of calmness, kindness and respect for the saddness I was feeling. She walked me through the whole procedure, as time went on she explained everything to me, she allowed me to ask questions, she made sure I understood everything. She never made me feel like she was in a hurry to hang up, she Comforted me when I would break down crying, she would console me. I felt like that motherly comfort with her. I have never felt that comfort from anyone that I did not know. She was very Professional at her job, her knowledge of her Profession is on point. She let me know I can contact her at any time, she handled everything in a perfect timely manner. She is a caring amazing person at a time when you are at one of the worse days of your life, she honestly cares. I would give a 100 if I had to rate my experiance 1 to 10.
My family and I were recommended access cremation Woodland Hills and I’m so happy we chose them🙂my mother unfortunately did not have any life insurance and e knew it was going to be expensive to have a cremation done and urns for the family and a service 💔 We called Access and our representative was Tricia. She understood our situation, allowed us to make our payments as long as we notified her she really went above and beyond for us and I’m sure she would for any other family. When ever I had questions or concerns I would text her or call and even email and she would always respond ❤️ there will always be bumps in the road but this road was just right and the bump we had was not on access end just the waiting game from the hospital. Thank you Tricia for your help and access cremation having a great employee like Tricia Martinez
I would never recommend Access Cremation to anyone. At a time when families need TLC, Veronica at Access Cremation was incredibly difficult to deal with. Misinformation, no information, poor follow-up, all with an attitude. Never could tell us when we could have my niece back, excuses every call. After more than 3 weeks we were finally told she was ready. However, the Urns we ordered at the beginning of the process were either on back order or stuck in a container. Would have been nice to know this when we ordered, so we could source elsewhere. When picking up my niece, my sister was rudely presented with her ashes. Wrong person in this job. The owner Alex was helpful, but clearly not in touch with Veronica. We were patient through this process, while needing closure to move on with our grief. Access Cremation made this incredibly difficult to do.
