Their response was incredibly fast, and Troy called me back almost immediately. From that very first conversation, I knew we were in good hands. Throughout the entire process, the team was truly incredible. Troy, Yasi, and Fabuki were supportive, compassionate, and professional in every single interaction. They guided me and my family through each step with genuine care and made sure we understood everything along the way. My sister had made arrangements with the Neptune Society prior to her death. Her passing was very sudden and not at all expected. When my brother died 9 months later, I had to arrange for his cremation. When I went to the Neptune Society, I was so very disappointed with the communication and upselling. I went on Goggle and did a search. I received at least 4 text messages from cremation services. I learned about direct cremation and went with Opal. Their responses were professional, clear, and timely. They answered questions with ease and there was no confusion. I felt like I was talking to a family member making arrangements. The process was so much better than with my sister, even though she had made prearrangements.
