I just want to take a minute to say how much I appreciate Brandon at cremation Society. Honestly, don’t let other reviews sway your decision our experience with him was nothing but positive. Yes, we had to wait a bit for the death certificates, but he was constantly in touch with us and kept us updated on everything, even when it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. I really respected that level of honesty and communication because it made me feel like we were in good hands the whole time. He was kind, patient, and let me not forget to mention how great the price was in comparison to other cremation locations in the surrounding cities and counties! Thanks bud!

They get 2 stars only because they got the cremation done. They promised 2-3 weeks on several occasions; it took closer to 6 weeks for the to say ashes were ready for pickup. It took over a month to get the Death Certificate despite being told they would be ready in 3 weeks. They promised to provide the ashes in 3 bags and did not. They promised to mail Death Certificates and after a week did not mail them. They were slow to return calls. Very disappointed with the level of service and professionalism.

I did my services here, everything went smooth, they made sure to inform me that the ashes and death certificate process was going to take some time.

I want to thank Omar and Juan for all the support during the process of saying good bye and cremation of my husband.All the service,paperwork and delivery of ashes was done with respect and professionalism..I highly recommend their services to those who are going through the pain of losing a loved one...❤️ Imelda I.

We had a great experience with the Cremation Society of LA. Unfortunately our son passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. We are not in LA but I contacted them. Worked with Brandon Martinez. Everything was done online. Filling the forms and signing the release etc was painless. They handled everything. Brandon picked up the remains from the LA Medical Examiners office and got all the paperwork done, completed the cremation, shipped us the ashes. From start to finish it took 4 days. Everything was handled perfectly and Brandon was a pleasure to work with. Great follow-up. Thanks Brandon! I highly recommend them!
