California Cremation Society had an amazing team to help us at a terrible time. The woman who answered the phone was kind and understanding and guided us through what were difficult questions to answer at the time. The two gentlemen who arrived exactly on time were incredibly patient and respectful. We asked them to wait for two people to arrive so they could say their last goodbyes. They didn't bat an eye, and gave us our space with no pressure to move things along. Thank you again for providing excellent service under terrible circumstances.
