Our dog passed very unexpectedly on a weekend. They came out the same day to pick her up and gave us advice on how to keep her in the best condition until they could get to us. They took the utmost care of her and us, making sure to get even the smallest details correct. When we got our dog’s ashes back, they had the sweetest poem and other precious touches packed in the box with her beautiful carved wood urn. Super sweet people who obviously care deeply about pets and the people who are grieving them. Thank you.

I recently had to say my final and hardest goodbye to my baby dragon, my big beastly boy. My companion. My bestie. My sweet baby boy Diesel. He was a 165 lb Great Dane mix. He turned 10 in April and died at the end of May. We had him cremated by Pet Cremation and just got him back this week. The only complaint I have is when we ordered it was supposed to come with a personalized engraving on the box and there isn’t one. I plan on calling the company to find out how to get that engraved plate on the box since we paid a pretty good amount for extra items. I included pics of what we got. I miss my boy so much and a piece of my heart is gone.

We lost our Boston Terrier-Winston, a month ago. We found Pet Cremations online and decided to try them out. We spoke with the nicest person, Shannon. She was so sweet and helpful. They came out the same day and got him. We did pick out a personalized urn so it did take longer to come in but we are very happy with it.

When my friend's daughter wanted to have their cat Dark cremated, I didn't think it would be an option. I called around to get prices just to see..and couldn't believe how affordable everything actually was at Pet Cremation Services! I immediately agreed and they came to us the next day. Sorina was supportive and compassionate and always very responsive when I reached out to her. They got Dark back in just a week, which is much quicker than I expected. His urn is absolutely beautiful! Everything is beautiful! Sorina went above and beyond for the kids, her compassion and generosity absolutely blew me away and I will forever be impressed by her and grateful as well! She took a traumatizing experience and gave the girls something positive out of all of it. Cannot say enough good things about Pet Cremation Services!!

Got a pup we lost cremated this past week—paid an additional $28 for the paw print to come with it. The box is gorgeous, don’t get me wrong. But the paw print was in no way worth almost $30. It’s made from some easily altered material, spray painted silver, and will not withstand time passing like I’d hope it would. Cheaply made to my (admittedly untrained) eyes.
