Pet Angel Memorial Center

Our 13 1/2 year old golden retriever died at 6:45 on a Saturday morning. Pet Angel was referred to us. I called and spoke with Amanda. She was so concerned with how I felt. She has such a calming spirit. TJ came out in the rain to get our precious friend. He treated us with such kindness. He put our boy in a bag and picked him up as if he was his own. A few days later, TJ returned my beautiful boy back to me in a beautiful cedar box and a paw print. Everyone who loves animals knows how devastating this is to go through pet angels took incredible care of us and our pet. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service. This is not a job to them, it is a calling.

I have nothing but Great things to say about these folks. My wife and I started rescuing strays after the 2014 Tornado outbreak that devastated Vilonia and Mayflower. Since then we have acquired nearly 100 dogs over the years.Many were so traumatized, and we knew that we would never leave them. They became family. Along with life come the inevitable. This people at Pet Angel have seen us over and over. They know us by name, and are ALWAYS compassionate when we pull up. They know that these are people's family and the genuinely have treated our babies as if they were theirs. Devon is the Manager, and Amanda is the beautiful lady that meets me at the door. They truly are loving, caring and compassionate towards your loss. Always the best, in your worst times. Gateway Petcare and Pet Angel Memorial Center will always be my choice for us. It is hard enough to lose your fur baby. So if someone can help you to commemorate such a wonderful life in such a wonderful way, why not go to Pet Angel? You can tell they really care about what they do and they love being able to help families who are grieving the loss of their fur baby. My family lost our precious Maverick and we were devastated. But the love and care that was shown by the folks at Pet Angel made this transition a little bit easier. They were professional and seemed like they understood where our heart was coming from. When our precious Misty died last year we called Gateway to assist. I met Devin in the funeral home when he helped me with the loss of my mother and knew he was now caring for our furry family members. I did not know what to expect but I knew he would do things the right way. During the process we were introduced to his staff and ALL were very kind and understanding. TJ (Big and Strong gentleman) unloaded Misty and allowed us some final time before we left her with him. He did not rush us and was very gentle while moving her. I would have never thought I would have a real Funeral Director taking care of my pets, but I won't use anyone else! Nobody wants to plan for these times, but this company is a group doing things that make a difference. Thank you for making a very difficult time a little easier.

I've been waiting to get Copper's urn back for two weeks. Finally go to pick it up today from Ahser Animal Clinic. The engraving is misspelled. It's not cheap for this service and they can't even get the correct name engraved on the urn! I'm extremely upset. He was my best friend and family member for the past 16 years. Now I have to return it to have it corrected.
