Neptune Society

Our parents had bought a plan with Neptune and let their children know what their wishes were. As it happens our parents died within 18 days of each other. I can’t even imagine what we would have done had Neptune society not been apart of my mom and dad’s wishes. They literally take care of everything and are so kind and understanding. They walk you through everything step by step. I am so grateful my mom and dad chose them and I am very grateful for Neptune Society. Thank you for all the help you provided to us during this very difficult time.

The gentleman that came and spoke with us was very professional, friendly and very informative. He explained everything very well and I am amazed at what they offer at Neptune. We feel very good about choosing Neptune and know our children will not be burdened trying to take care of our final arrangements. They go above and beyond what we expected. Contacted on line, they called to follow up, were very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know about their offering which matched our wishes. Staff was courteous, gave us time to make our decision and went out of their way to make the process convenient for us.
