I had the most rewarding experience with Dignity. Everyone was so professional and polite. Nichole was very knowledgeable and personable. Nichole always looked professional and always asked me how I was doing, she was genuinely concerned about my wellness and state of mind. Amanda Pollitt, Madilyn Smith, and Reagan Adams were the best, they left no stones unturned. Whatever I needed they made certain it happened. They were willing and ready to assist. I have never witness more doors being opened and closed with a smiling face. The facility was Immaculate. May husband, Walathan”Wally” Henderson looked great!!!! He looked peaceful like he was just sleeping. My family and I were so grateful to see what a great job GLHR had done to make certain he looked like him; natural, poised and perfect. Nicole explained everything so well. Made my visit very pleasant. Our first meeting, she put us at ease during such a sad time. The follow up visit made me feel like I had known her forever. Let me start by saying I never give reviews for anything unless its for an exceptional service so to go out of my way to leave a bad review you must know is out of character for me. I understand that a business is just that, an income for all employed. But this funeral home quoted me ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS to cremate my baby that weighs less than two ounces. The level of insensitivity, lack of empathy, and honestly I feel, lack of morality is astounding to me. Jeremy, who i spoke with, lacked any sort of empathy or compassion in this discussion. I hope this review saves the time of any other mother looking for cremation services for her child.If I could have given zero stars i absolutely would but I have to give one just to post a comment.

I’ve been helped here before, but Annette was extremely helpful and so patient! She spent hours with us with a smile on her face! She got me and my family on the same page! Thank you Mrs. Annette!
