I can't say enough good things about the service and support from Arkansas Cremation. My sister recently passed, and with me living out of State and being somewhat travel-limited myself, I was really stressed about how I could best arrange things for my sister. Amy worked with me from the start, guiding me through the online arrangement process, giving advice on how to find needed information for the legal forms, and answering all of my questions about the actual process and the best options for urns, mementos, memorials, and so on. Samantha and Heather were also very helpful in assisting me with some last-minute changes. The folks working their call-assistance lines were also very kind and compassionate. I felt their pricing options are designed to appeal to a wide range of incomes & desires for survivors. In short, I felt like I was dealing with family throughout the entire process, and was extremely pleased with the results. At a time when emotions and other factors often make planning for a loved one's end-of-life arrangements, these wonderful women were a Godsend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
