Serene Waters Pet Cremation

We recently lost our Alaskan Malamute of 15 1/2 years; Tasha. She went peacefully in my arms on a warm sunny morning. I did a Google search and found Serene Waters with great reviews and exactly what we were looking for. Tami, the owner, answered the phone when I called and I could hear her sincerity and compassion in her voice. My wife was away out of state and Tami said she could keep Tasha refrigerated for a couple of days until my wife returned home so she could say her goodbyes to Tasha. When I took Tasha to Serene Waters on the day she passed, Tami had a raised bed ready for her and covered her with a blanket. I was left alone with my dog for as long as I needed. I returned two days later with my wife and Tami had Tasha on a bed ready for us. My wife sobbed as she said her goodbyes to our beautiful and gentle dog. We miss her so much. We had a rough time for the next two weeks trying to accept the loss. Tami only does her business by appointments only. This is perfect for grieving families. She always answers her phone and will make the accommodations for you. The cremation packages are superb. Amazing customer service. Thank you Tami for your loving compassion for our pets, your understanding, and making sure your grieving customers feel like family. Tasha would have loved all that you did for her....I know we did.

We lost our cat unexpectedly and I found Serene Waters through Google and im so glad I did. She was so compassionate, personable, and kind even on the phone to schedule when to bring him in. Any other time we’ve lost a pet and take them in its felt transactional. Im so glad we found Serene Waters and will be using them again if need be. 💛💛

Thank you Tammi and your Husband Brad for what you do. We lost our dog Archer suddenly, in the very early morning last Thursday, we called Serene waters because it was listed as one of the only 24 hour businesses and my husband and I were so distraught and in shock we couldn't imagine moving his little body anywhere and asked if she would come down to cottonwood to get him. She sent her lovely husband Brad who took the utmost care when taking Archer away. He gave us space and time to say our final goodbyes. The kindness in Tammi's voice when she answered felt like I was talking to an angel in the midst of so much sadness. She was so understanding as I sobbed through giving her all the information she needed. Thank you Tammi and your family for what you do. It is a service you hate to have to call on but I'm so glad you were the one we chose to call.

We lost our pet macaw last month. We raised her from a hatchling 23 years ago, and loved her as part of our family. We've had all our pets cremated, but having moved here 4 years ago, we weren't familiar with the local pet cremation facilities. We chose Serene Waters to care for the remains of Molly, our macaw. They are excellent in every way. Tami, the owner, was very compassionate and understanding. Serene Waters is very tastefully done. It's a peacefull setting and Tami made us feel comfortable as soon we came in. I requested a special engraving on the box her ashes are in and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for their compassion, superior service, peacefull setting, and reasonable prices.

Tami did a wonderful job talking care of our precious Darcy. Darcy was our favorite hello and our hardest goodbye and Tami made it easier. Love the keepsakes that came with the service.
