Worked with Charlie. He came fully prepared with lots of knowledge, examples, and information. He answered all of our questions and there was absolutely no sales pressure. We did some shopping around and the amount of things that Neptune takes care of for the price, not including the piece of mind that this part of life was taken care of, was an incredible deal and huge relief. My wife and I I both purchased plans and now can rest easy knowing this is covered from every angle.

My wife died at home. The police took forever. After the police called Neptune they picked up my wife very quickly. They were in and out in 20 minutes. They did all of the paperwork and provided me with a death certificate. I paid for 3 more just in case. The cremation was done and my wife's ashes were back to me in 3 weeks. I think that they were very professional and were very helpful in my time of sorrow. They earned their 5 stars.

I truly felt cared about and they made everything so easy. My husband and I have had our policy since 2018 and I often wondered how this plan worked, I mean how can my policy continue to pay for something we paid for years ago. All I could think about was are they going to hit me with a bunch of hidden fees ? Nope not one hidden fee. We used Neptune when my parents passed away many years ago, no hidden fees then or now. The staff of the Neptune Society is kind and very efficient. The Neptune Society provided me with the guidance that I needed during a time when making decisions was difficult. The Neptune Society was very helpful in assisting me to make funeral arrangements through the Veterans Administration since my husband is a Veteran. I feel very satisfied that my husband's death was managed in a dignified manner. It gives me solace as his widow to know that my husband would feel good about the arrangements that have been made for him. I am very grateful to the Neptune Society for their kindness and support.
