We had a great experience with Dr. Barrett. She did an amazing job making such a crappy situation the best it could be. Not only was she very clear about the process but made sure we were made to feel very comfortable and gave us options on how we wanted to do everything. Saying goodbye to a pet is the absolute worst so am very thankful we could say goodbye so peacefully and in our home. Thank you so much to Dr. Barrett for everything. You are truly a blessing.

Kindred Spirits and I were in constant contact regarding the passing of our loved one. They were/are always compassionate and thoughtful. Dr Barrett came to our home and was very conscientious of our needs and emotions. She gently performed the procedure when we were ready. She stepped out so that we and our other loved one could grieve. Then she explained again the next steps. Dr Barrett and Alice (who was also wonderful), kept us up to date and sent a paw print in a card along with handwritten condolences. We will also be receiving the ashes and additional services soon. Having Kindred Spirits come to our home was the best decision for our loved one. Thank you Dr Barrett and Alice for what you do and how you do it.

The vet that came was so kind and patient. Yesterday we had to let our 20 year old chihuahua go. It was a difficult decision, but the doctor made it so much easier. She was patient with my kids who were home, explained everything, and made sure to give us all time to say goodbye. She was so kind to my elderly pup and made the entire experience manageable. Thank you so much for your time.

“Kindred Spirits” is a Godsend! My son was faced with the wrenching decision to have to humanely euthanize his beloved pit bull, Lady.💔 The front office coordinator, Alice, was so helpful and accommodating in a difficult time. She guided us and answered all our questions. We had to cancel and reschedule twice because it wasn’t yet time. They were understanding throughout the whole process. Dr. Barrett was kind, capable, professional, and reassuring. We went to the facility and were pleasantly surprised with the peaceful and tranquil setting (diffuser, calming music, read aloud books on crossing the 🌈 bridge, beautiful pictures on the walls, and even chocolate kisses as the final gesture of ♥️). Thank you so much! We are saddened with the loss of Lady, but grateful and relieved with the loving way in which she transitioned to the other side. We will miss her forever…💔

Dr. Barrett helped two of our dogs, Gypsy and Dukes, transition over the rainbow within the past year. I am still shedding tears of grief as I type this, but I take pride and comfort knowing that they both passed without feeling fear or pain. Dr. Barrett shows the upmost care, respect, and patience for not only the animals she is giving peace to, but to their family as well. I will always appreciate Dr. Barrett and her family for giving my fur babies a peaceful transition over the rainbow.
