We made a great decision trusting our family dog of 15 years with Honoring Your Pets Crematorium. They provided excellent service and attention to detail with every step of the process. They were very comforting, supporting, and professional in every way. Within a few days, we were able to pick up the final product which included the ashes in a customized box, certificate of cremation with picture included, and some small keepsakes for our dog. Best Pet Cremation local company hands down. My husband’s french bulldog service animal (Bronx) passed away last week unexpectedly due to epilepsy, and the staff provided the most empathetic and loving service in a very timely and ethical manner. When we called to inquire about services and asked if they could pick Bronx up asap they quickly responded and said yes to our request. The staff from Honoring Your Pets Crematorium came in less than an hour after we called to pick Bronx’s remains up. They allowed for Bronx to be picked up and wrapped in my husband’s American flag from war during his cremation. After seeing how broken we were, and how important it was for Bronx’s ashes to be back home the staff promised to expedite the process of cremation and get everything back to us as soon as possible. The staff thanked my husband for his service and let us know that they would take really good care of Bronx and the American flag that he was wrapped in. They went above and beyond taking care of Bronx and even shared pictures with us of him being ready to be cremated with the American flag which helped us get some closure on this great loss. Additionally, they allowed us to order a customized bracelet and collar with Bronx’s ashes for my husband to carry with him forever. We are so thankful for everything they did, and greatly appreciate that Bronx never spent a day apart from us. Our Zoey transitioned to the non-physical on Sunday April 6th at 10AM in El Paso, TX. She had been with us during our first day’s drive in process to move from Arizona to Texas. As we were able to share her finals breath together, we were soon concerned with what to do next given that we were traveling and time was of the essence. After a call to the humane society, spirit guided us to Maria and her husband at Honoring Your Pets Crematorium. We received an answer straightaway and within one hour of our call, we were blessed to have our Zoey on her way with arrangements made to have her ashes meet us in Austin. It was such a relief to have good vibes and we knew Zoey was in the hands of her angels. A week later, with thoughtful messages in-between wishing us well, Zoey arrived with her paw print on clay and an engraved wooden urn, matching her playful personality. We cannot thank the team at Honoring Your Pets Crematorium enough, for their attentiveness, consideration, and good vibes. They really made us feel special and worry-free at an unsettling time that brought us sorrow and grief. We will always appreciate with gratitude how you touched our family with grace and care.

During the most difficult time of losing our fur baby, this crematorium gave their sincere condolences & took the most adorable paw prints. Terry & Maria always kept in touch with me & had my fur baby back home in the best timely mamner. I highly recommend it. Absolutely incredible service during a difficult time. My Doberman of 10 years passed away, and “Honoring Your Pets Crematorium” went above and beyond. They were incredibly considerate, respectful, and empathetic throughout the entire process. Their kindness made this difficult experience a bit more manageable. They took a paw print and a piece of my dog's hair to keep, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly felt my pet was treated with love and respect.
