Words can not fullfill the true Appreciation I feel in my heart for Family Pet Services and all the love they put into what they have done to try and help ease the pain of losing my baby. I have brought 2 of my own here and they never fail to lend a hand from a genuine place of love. Please if you are blessed enough to find this place to help in the transition of losing your pet, do not go any where else because I mean every word when I say here you are in the best hands that you can find. Please help Support the work they do here as I know they are a blessing to many others just as they have been a blessing to me and my fur babies. This is the place you want to go to in these kind of moments, professional, caring and passionate. We were very pleased and thankful for their services and communication is great as well. Lost my dog of 10 years in my family and it hurt but they made it easier with their warm welcome and understanding of the moment in our life. Thank you so much and I wish there was 10 stars to rate. I brought my dog here back in February. The lady was so kind. I really liked that no one tried to pressure me into spending money, as with funeral homes. I had to wait 2 days till I came up with money and she let me know that a paw print may not be possible. It crushed my soul to hand him over but I was sure he would be in good hands. When I picked him up, everything was beautiful and was able to get his paw print for me. It was my first experience with the loss of a pet and am glad I was chose this place, they really made the process easier and stress free.

We lost both of our senior family-dogs on the same day. We opted to bring them to Family Pet Services directly. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. They were so respectful, sincere, and compassionate. Everything you would hope to experience on such a somber day and more. Thank you guys for everything you did for my family and for B and Gus. Such a great company.

We called the # and a doc and nurse was ready to arrive the next day. We needed 48h and they came to assist my pets' (family member) in her comfortable space. Then with compassion and understanding helped us with her transition and the cremation and return of our loved one with a footprint adormnent. As well as a beautiful urn. I appreciate these services being available to ones that deem it necessary. Thank ALL of you so much!!
