Their driver removed a ring off of my partner’s grandmother and no one could find it when following up on the explanation of events provided. Took nearly 3 weeks just to get an “I’m sorry”. It’s traumatic enough to lose a loved one but we have had nothing but problems while dealing with this company.

The staff is friendly and professional. Our director Clare kept us informed as we moved forward in the process. All our needs were met and there was no pressure to upgrade services.

Karen has been so amazing handling everything, with great communication! The entire staff is incredible, so helpful and kind and willing to answer any questions you have. If I could give them 100 star review I would.

We received such wonderful service, there was so much compassion with every phone call. The whole process you could really feel that they cared.

This place is amazing. My father was in hospice at home. When they picked him up it was so respectful they let my mother have her last moments and he was covered beautifully. My father left us so fast in 2 weeks we were not ready. We called so many places every place expensive giving us things we didn’t need. Most places didn’t even call us back. Then Desert Rose Heather called us back. They were so passionate and understanding they gave us what we asked for at an amazing price. The whole process was fast easy and compassionate. In a time like that it was just amazing. There are so many things I can say things that are amazing about them but that would be so long and this is long enough. I am going to start planning my funeral with them. So I am also cared for the way my father was. Thank you Desert Rose Heather from the Garcia Family
