During a time that was very difficult. I appreciated the kindness of this organization. I was out if state for a lot of the communications. They helped me navigate this hard process. Continued checking in with me before and after my Brother was back with us in our home state of Washington. Beautiful kind and compassionate. I am grateful for their services and honoring my Brothers wishes.

Phoenix Cremation Society was very helpful and caring when my mom passed earlier this year. They communicated with me throughout the process and have even checked in recently to see how I was doing. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I would recommend them.

The service I received from Phoenix Cremation Society has been exceptional. After my husband’s death they answered numerous emails and phone calls with patience and kindness; the cremation process was simple and efficient and posting an obituary on their website which I could easily share was easy. In the months since both Elizabeth and Matt have reached out to me several times to ask how I am doing and to offer their support should I need it. I found their services exceptional.

She explained everything to me and was always patient and caring. I was concerned about driving to pick up the remains but was relieved to learn they would mail them to me. The whole process went smoothly and the cost was lower than expected. They even checked in with me a couple of weeks later to make sure I was okay. I recommend highly.
