National Cremation Society

We opted to enroll into their program many years ago and have long since pre-paid for our cremation services. Well, the time has come and I found that the National Cremation Society was so very helpful regarding services for my wife. Every call was handled professionally and with such compassion. I feel most comfortably recommending this company for anyone needing such a service. While I hope that I won't be needing them any time soon, I have the utmost faith that I will be taken care of just as they did for my wife.

My brother passed away in September and had a National Cremation plan. Every single person I had contact with in the company was compassionate, kind, caring, knowledgeable and I could tell they were the perfect people to be doing this job. Initially there was a problem with the mortuary my brother was taken to but the amazing people at National Cremation helped me resolve everything and the cremation went as planned. His ashes were mailed to me along with his death certificates. I have received such caring follow-up along this very difficult loss. I’m not sure how one company can have so many amazing people but National Cremation certainly does!!! I am so glad that my husband and I have also purchased plans because now I know that our kids will be taken care of by these amazing people when we pass. Thank you National Cremation for all that you do and how you care for people. You make it easy to entrust a family member to your caring hands.

My overall experience with National Cremation Society was respectful and professional. I could see that this isn't just a money making business for them. Associates called several times to ask how I was doing and to ask if I needed anything. They were very compassionate, answered our questions and let us know what and when things were going to happen. It sure beat all the stress that comes with arranging a funeral. I am recommending National Cremation to all my friends, relatives and just everyone. My mother and father chose National cremation society and they were able to preplan and pay for everything in advance. During such a difficult time it was so nice to have all their wishes executed with ease. The people at National cremation society in Phoenix were so wonderful and took care of everything for me including scheduling the internment with full military rights. I cannot imagine doing this on my own without the preplanning done by my parents.

My husband passed away, November. From the time NCS was notified, every detail of his funeral was handled. We lived in a different state then the state he was going to be buried in. NCS, ordered the death certificates and worked with the cemetery, on the burial. I couldn't have done it without them. I recommend them highly. R.Felix
