Messinger’s made a very difficult time for me with my father’s passing, a peaceful experience. All of the folks I worked with made this transition as good as it could possibly be. I am so grateful for their sincere compassion and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my wishes. I highly recommend Messinger’s for these challenging times.

I recently used Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary for the memorial services of a loved one. I worked with Greer Van Zantan. The whole process was handled with such dignity and respect. Greer and the entire Messinger family were wonderfully accommodating during our time of grief. They were patient and understanding and provided us with outstanding service. We held the memorial at their chapel and they accommodated a private family viewing and a public viewing before the memorial service. Never once did we feel rushed as they gave us the time we needed. I appreciated the last minute help by Greer to put together a slide show and arrange for live streaming of the service. I couldn’t have picked a better mortuary. They were outstanding.

I want to express my deep gratitude to Kendal and the entire staff at Messinger Pinnacle Peak for taking great care to ensure the service for my husband was the best it could be. Kendal listened attentively and was very empathic from the moment we met to discuss arrangements, and many emails later, to the day of the memorial. We had some minor issues with our photos, probably from the poor prints we were submitting, but Kendal patiently attended to every detail to make sure everything went according to our wishes. She was helpful in every way from securing a deacon, videographer, flowers, urn, color guard to the music choices. We received many compliments on the service and can honestly say I wouldn't have changed a thing.

My husband had been very ill for about a year and while we knew the end was near it is NEVER easy to accept. It's a time when kindness and compassion are most needed and our experience at Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary exceeded our expectations. Everyone we came in contact with was professional, courteous and took care of all the necessary details. It was a busy time for them and for our church but they worked together to provide a beautiful Mass and burial service. Through my tears I was gently guided through everything. My husband was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was provided with a military burial service so I was provided with the flag that had covered his coffin at burial.. So professional and meant the world to me and our sons. Our thanks to the military men who provided the service for one who served. Family members recalled that he went into the Navy a teenagers and returned a wonderful man. Again, thank you to Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary who helped us through our loss. Elizabeth Riley
