I called them at 11:05pm and they were at our home by 11:42pm. Their staff were nice and professional. They gave my wife a rose when they arrived. They treated Simba like family. The final package, including the beautiful wooden urn and the unexpected paw print keepsake, was a deeply moving and thoughtful gesture.
