I can’t even begin to express how much I love Aqua Crossings 💕 the care they provide is top tier. I’ve been in vet med for almost 10 years and never experienced aftercare so beautifully done until now. They took such great care of my baby girl Midnight who we lost unexpectedly, and the memorial pieces they offer are truly stunning and so reasonably priced. You can really see the love and care they put into each and every pet, and it truly reflects in their work. I highly recommend them. (PS Matthew is truly a LIGHT in the veterinary aftercare world, he has the best customer service, coming from both a pet parent and veterinary professional standpoint! In fact double whatever that man is getting paid!! He is amazing 🤩 ) The pictures I included are of the urn and pressed flower/ink nose & paw print memorial item 🥹💕 so beautifully done

Our Baby Kalea was diagnosed with Liver failure and declined more rapidly than the Vet or anyone could have expected. She passed at home peacefully with our family but we needed assistance with her pick up and after care. We were provided with information for Aqua Crossings and they were truly a light in such a dark moment for our family. They answered the phone with soo much empathy, compassion, and understanding. From the phone call, to picking our baby up, and taking care of her, they were truly amazing. We can’t express our appreciation for what they did for us in that moment and the care they gave our baby. We absolutely give them 100/100 ! Thank you all soo much!

The customer service and care I received for from start to finish was amazing. I actually contacted them four months before my pet ended up passing to get all the information I needed. So when the time did come I didn't really have to think about things too much. The whole process was very smooth and my pet's ashes were ready in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Aqua Crossings for end of life care for pets.

AquaCrossings cared for my pet with such dignity and compassion. From the beautiful presentation and paw print keepsake to planting a memorial tree, every detail was thoughtful. I've also seen them at my animal hospitl always using gentle carriers and Treating each pet with respect. Their quality and care are unmatched.

I haven’t been here yet but I wanted to leave a review because of the beautiful stories I've heard from my friend Alex Wolfe who works here. AquaCrossings treats every pet with love and respect, and takes care of their people too, which is so important when dealing with something so hard.
