They were absolutely wonderful during the time of my husband's, my father's and my long time best friend passing. They handled them with respect and care as if they were their family member. They were open and honest about the costs, what to expect and helpful in assisting me with filling out the forms. They answered every question I had and concerns I had. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Angel's to everyone.

I appreciate the sympathy cards they send periodically. It’s a gentle reminder that my grief is important and understood . The cards have lifted my spirits it’s been almost 6 months and by then the world has moved on while I still navigate grief so the cards help ground me and the messages are filled with hope . Thank you Sandy and your staff for taking care of my John and myself.

In the midst of overwhelming grief and rushed decision-making about where to take my beloved one once they pass, I can confidently say that I made the right choice by choosing Angels. Hospice provided me with a list of mortuaries, and I called two places based on my religious preferences. However, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy I received during my phone calls. Once I called Angels, I didn't need to make any other phone calls after that. Don provided me the comfort and reassurance during a difficult decision. After my mom's passing, Angels arrived at my house and left a crocheted angel as they took her away. Initially, I didn't understand how much I would appreciate the gesture, but now I realize it was a very thoughtful touch. When I spoke and met with Don, he consistently maintained a calm and composed demeanor. He thoroughly addressed all my questions and requests without any rush or act of inconvenience. The memorial package was absolutely perfect, and my mom looked beyond beautiful. I couldn't be more satisfied with the services provided by Angels. Mike, who delivered my mom to and from my home for her viewing, then to her church, and finally to the crematory, was incredibly patient and kind. He gave us all the time we needed and was extremely polite and respectful towards the handling of my mom. Once again, no one rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing anyone. I am incredibly grateful that I chose Angels for my mom's services.

Totally agree with rudeness and overall dismissal and gaslighting and arguing with me while trying to get info regarding my hospice patient. Nope, nope, and nope. If they act that way on the phone, I can't imagine handling my client with dignity and respect. No need for rebuttal, you can't fix the rudeness or disrespect. Just simply FYI to others. RUN !!!

Sandy and staff were very caring and kind while helping me through the passing of my mum. They were always patient and willing to help and answer any questions I had. Thank you so much for all your assistance.
