All Animals Pet Cremation

All Pets Cremation should give a master class in customer service. That’s how impressed I am by their service. Having been a part of a small business myself, I understand very well the critical importance of sterling customer service. I cannot praise them highly enough from the moment I called them, and talked to Tristan (who is a customer service star!), to the young lady who helped me when I went to retrieve my beloved Benny’s ashes. They couldn’t have been more compassionate and understanding. Due to a busier schedule than normal, I wasn’t able to pick up his remains immediately after they called to say he was ready. They very kindly held on to him until I was able to collect him. Please don’t be dissuaded by their low ratings. Frankly, I think most of the complaints are from miscommunications chiefly from the clients side. I hope that my review will help with a much deserved boost in ratings. If it were up to me, I’d give them a solid 5.0 rating! And, yes, the thumbnail photo next to my initials are of my beloved Benny. Oh, how I miss him!

I was apprehensive at first, calling a cremation service for a parrot. My initial thought was someone saying "you want to cremate a what". Our family was graced with a wonderful African Red Headed Parrot for 43 years. He became way more than just a pet in that time. He came into our family when I was only 10 years old. I literally grew up with this guy! All Animals Pet Cremation was thoughtful, caring, and understanding about what our family had just gone through. To say it was a blow to the family emotionally would be an understatement. To add insult to injury, I am a truck driver and was across the country at the time of our pets passing. The folks here stepped up to help our family by picking up our parrot and returning the ashes to my mother after everything was finished. My mother is elderly and can not drive so this was initially a monumental task from across the country. The folks here said "We got this" and took it from there after a single phone call. I can not say enough good things about this place! If I need their services in the future I will certainly call them. If you need those services, don't hesitate to call them. They will take great care of you and your pet.

Very kind and compassionate customer service. I was able to get a paw print, a beautiful wooden box with a pet name tag and also a pendant with my kitty’s ashes. I was also able to cremate him with the flowers I placed around my cat after he passed. Very affordable.

We got a phone call from a female who said she is a manager and we need to pick up ashes of our dog. We did not have a dog. We had a precious parrot who passed away. We ordered and paid for ashes to be brought to our home and not to be picked up. The manager did not listen to our explanations. She said she did not look at the receipt. After a few days we had a phone call. We picked up the phone. No one spoke to us. After 2 minutes there was somebody at the door. When we opened the door, the person was gone and cheap box with ashes was at the door on the ground. We cried. Too much nice talk from this company and poor actions. Disrespectful. Chaotic. Probably no one can trust quality of their job. We greatly regret choosing this company.

Very kind and compassionate people. They offer various options at very reasonable rates. My cat's ashes were returned to me in a nice little wooden box with his name on an attached tag, and with a sympathy card also. It was all very sweet. They helped make a difficult time easier and less stressful.
