Smart Cremation

I have been looking for a prepaid plan for awhile. The Smart Cremations website answered a lot of my questions. When Rebecca called to confirm our appointment, she was very friendly. When we met she answered all my questions and even suggested some things I hadn't thought of. The plan was simple to sign up for and very affordable. I think my family will be pleased with what we set up.

Holly is very experienced, knowledgeable and credible. She did an excellent job of explainging every detail. She didn't let us cut corners on the information, but kept it organized and efficient. We think the plan is excellent and appreciate that we can get our money back at any time if we change our minds. We are very pleased.

Making arrangements for someone’s final wishes , can be an uncomfortable and stressful situation. And more so if you are making them for yourself . After attending a sign up event , where all information about their services were clearly explained. It took me 6 mos later to finally do it ,because I didn’t want the decision to fall on my son to have to make . The representative I spoke with was professional, friendly and understanding. And now , I have that peace of mind in knowing that when the time comes it won’t fall on a loved one to have to deal with . Sincerely, Dana

My husband and I attended a presentation for Smart Cremation on 12/3/2025, by Jennifer Markham. Jennifer was very professional, knowledgeable and gave a very detailed presentation that helped us understand the plan that this company offers. Due to her presentation and commitment to be sure that we completely understood all aspects of this plan without any pressure; purchasing this plan for each of us was an easy decision. Since I'm still part of the living, the review needs to be limited to my interactions with the representative and the promises made as part of their plan(s) (hence the 4-stars instead of 5-stars.) The representative presented a concise and factual overview of their services and costs. All questions were readily answered. It was very nice to not have to endure a hard-sell and there was no urgency to "buying today." Of particular note is that their main plan is VERY inclusive of everything, no nickel and diming later, at a very reasonable cost. Also, at any time, you can cancel your plan an get a 100% refund on all monies paid (for paid-up-front.) I'm not sure if on a financed plan any of the interest would be refunded. Peace of mind, reasonable cost, 100% refund if you change your mind. The only open questions will be answered at such time as passing (will promises be kept.)
