During one of the most difficult times in life for myself and my family, Haleigh & Bri went the extra mile in regards to the arrangements for our loved one’s last wish. During every step of the process, they not only personified professionalism, but showed genuine care and compassion with every interaction. They went above and beyond and ensured the process was smooth, even in the midst of grief and a million questions, all the way to the end. No one expects all the work involved in losing a loved one, but I would absolutely recommend Cremation Center Of Arizona to anyone that finds themselves in the same position.
During the difficult time of my father’s passing my family had no idea what steps to take and what was next. And the team at Cremation Center of Arizona were very professional, compassionate, and informative. From the initial screening call to working with Haleigh to picking up the remains, there was nothing but the utmost care taken with my mother and made the process easy to understand and as painless as possible.
Great customer service! I spoke with Bri and she had great information and made me feel extremely comfortable. Very professional and caring, even in this tough time. Thank you.
Haleigh and Bri were so nice and helpful. I didn't feel like I was bothering them by calling a lot, they were so empathetic in a difficult time of me loosing my grandfather . THANK YOU to you both !!!❤️❤️
Called to discuss the handling of my deceased son, and had the rudest inconsiderate woman answer. I asked a couple questions, she was very slow to answer, so I asked her if she had lost a child. She immediately went to rude instead of saying "I'm sorry, I don't answer those questions" Her response was loud "I don't have to answer that!" ZERO compassion! This is LAST place I would use, due to the attitude of this woman. Compassionate people should hold the position of answering phones, not rude people.
