My loved one was picked up after Arizona Online Cremations was notified of her passing. The company also arranged for the certified death certificates for which I was grateful. The price I was quoted for the services I ordered was a fixed price and there was no attempt to increase the price after that. I was able to pay by credit card online. Everything is handled by phone or email. I traveled to their facility to pick up my wife's remains and death certificates. I would use them again as I was very happy with the service they provided.

It was fantastic to be able to complete everything online and having the obituary online was so easy and helpful to alert friends/family. She also set up direct links for the donation sites we picked. I had several typos, and she patiently fixed and redid them for me. Having them get death certificates, alert Social Security and work with mortuary made everything worry free. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
