The best experience. Princess Nala got the best care good enough even for a queen👑! She is doing much better with home care and hoping to make year 24. If not, she will be comfortable with private nurse care at home like the diva she is with the support of Dr. Cat and team! Even though we didn't get the best news, we got what we needed to improve Nala's quality of life and hope that we also get a little bit more time! We have been lucky to have her 23 years and she deserves to be comfy and happy! Thanks to all of the staff for their support! Nala is grateful as well!
Thank you! Our old girl showed up today and she was bleeding internally while my husband carried her in and they took her immediately. You all showed so much compassion and care for our girl and when I asked you to keep the blanket in order to Comfort our other dogs at home you immediately agreed. I want you to know that bringing those blankets and helped immensely, we put them on the dog beds and my dogs who have been pacing for hours now once they had the blankets laid on them and they were comforted and it’s like they knew. Thank you for providing our family care, compassion, and enclosure that we needed.
Unfortunately, my cat and I just left the ER. I just wanted to write a review to let them know how grateful I am for their service tonight. I know I was scatterbrained, anxious and scared during our visit and they still treated my cat and I with respect and were so caring the entire time. Thank you so much for letting me wait in my car and calling me every time I was needed. Seeing sick animals and crying owners kills me inside, so even though the waiting room is comfy and inviting, I could not keep seeing hurting animals and owners coming in and out of the front doors. Since 7am this morning, my day was a whirlwind of emotions, work, helping my partner pack for a weekend fishing trip and trying to figure out if I was going to leave this ER visit tonight without my 19 year old furry best friend. This was my second time coming to the ER for my pets and this will be the only ER in Alaska I will take my pets to. Thank you all so much, you all truly have the biggest hearts to be able to help anxious, scared and maybe a little neurotic pet parents like me.
This facility is great!! The staff was very friendly, compassionate and sympathetic. We had an emergency with our dog that lead to us having to euthanasia him. It was hard, but they were very supportive. We had him cremated through them and they contacted us to let us know his ashes were ready. When we received them, with his ashes was a clay dish with our dog's paw print molded in it with his name. My heart swelled with joy because I was not expecting such a beautiful gesture!! So thank you all so much for helping us through such a sad and heartbreaking moment. You all are the best!!
The staff are friendly and considerate. They do their best to help keep families updated and did a great job helping my family and our dog come through a chocolate disaster. They treated quickly and thanks to Pet ER and the wonderful team of front office staff, techs and veterinarians our dog didn't even know he was in danger. Other than how worried we were. Thank you for being available and for your top notch care. Elliot & family.
