Legacy Heritage Chapel at Angelus

A funeral home is the worst possible place to be unprofessional. They cremated my grandfather without giving us the ability to attend our private viewing, essentially without our consent. We trusted Ken as our funeral director, as well as the funeral home in itself to take care of him and give us the chance to say goodbye one last time. It’s really important to be able to say goodbye and get that final sense of closure. We are all enraged by the lack of communication, and leaving us in the dark like this is absolutely horrifying, especially when you have to choose a funeral home within an hour after the time of death even occurs. Respect is essential during such vulnerable times like these, and my family is enraged, horrified, disgusted, and disappointed.
