Melissa was simply amazing! From the very first phone call to when we received our son’s ashes. She was able to accommodate the timeline of when we got his ashes back, due to my husband being active duty and having to leave Alaska in short notice. I would recommend this place without a shadow of a doubt! Thank you Melissa, for being so wonderful throughout the entire process! I will never forget you!

Kehl's Legacy Funeral Home provided the perfect setting for my Grandma's funeral. The facility was just the right size, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They worked closely with my mother, ensuring she felt comfortable and supported during this difficult time. Both of my grandparents had their ceremonies here, and I will always remember this location. Thank you, Kehl's, for having us!

Horrible customer service, ill knowledge director! I DO NOT recommend Kehl's for your loved ones. Not only did I feel as though I was spoken to as a child, but the transport of my mother to the cemetery was horrific. The director had no ideal of where she was going and asked that we lead her after driving around for nearly an hour to get to JBER-Richardson gate. FUNNY HOW ONLY MY NEGATIVE REVIEW WAS RESPONDED TO. KEHL'S SERVICES WERE SIMPLY THAT OF WHAT A FUNERAL HOME DOES AND IT WAS ALL PAID FOR. KEHL'S DID NOT PROVIDE/CONDUCT FUNERAL OR BURIAL SERVICE ONLY A POOR JOB AT TRANSPORTING MY MOTHER TO THESE SERVICES! I only put my review due to lack of response from the funeral home when reached out after services. Prior to services they were quick to respond, but after my complaint I heard nothing until after my review which is why I chose to hang up on the owner. I just heard from the National Cemetery today 03/12/2025 regarding my mother's headstone form which I sent to the funeral home 2 days ago 03/10/2025 and they never received the form back from the funeral home. How terrible!!!

DID NOT properly prep my loved one for a OPEN CASKET. Kehls funeral home barely tried to cover my loved ones bruises and scrapes. They also DID NOT PROPERLY CLOSE HER EYES! Family members had to fix my loved ones makeup BEFORE viewing!!! THIS IS NOT OKAY! We called other funeral homes for advice, and they said that this is something that should never happen. It’s traumatizing losing a loved one, but to fix/add makeup is on a whole other level. I am upset and disgusted with kehls funeral home. DO NOT USE!!!!!!
