We recently lost our sweet dog (Jake From State Farm), and the care we received was amazing. Rachel was so kind and respectful, She went above and beyond for us, which meant a lot to my daughter and our family. Rachel is wonderful. She took great care of our sweet dog after he passed. The paw print was a special extra that I love. This was my son’s first dog, I’m grateful to be able to give him Mo’s ashes and paw print to remember him.

Some people who walk among us on this earth are angels. Rachel at Flameless Cremation Services is an angel, and I simply can’t find the words to describe my thankfulness for crossing paths with her. Rachel provided a service for us that was priceless. It’s a service none of us wishes to need, but if you’re reading this and in that gut wrenching need know that Rachel cared for our beloved pup with the upmost dignity and compassion one could hope for. She treated our Stanley like she would treat her own pet. Her compassion did not stop with our sweet boy. She extended her time, patience and compassion to my husband and me. Rachel honored the vision we had. This is not a cookie cutter cremation service, this is a warm and loving experience, not cold and methodical. I won’t go into detail of our experience because it is personal and sacred. But if you’re reading this review, take this as your sign to trust Rachel and this process. You will come out on the other side in awe of the unimaginable gift that you received during a time that you thought would only contain unrelenting grief.

The reason I had to use this company was sad and horrible, but I am so happy I found Flameless. Rachel was awesome and caring from start to finish. I really feel that she cared for my pet and wanted the best for his remains. Thank you! I hope to not have to use you again soon, but if the worst should happen, at least I know where to go.
