I highly recommend this clinic. They are prompt with appointment times, through and most importantly provide compassionate care for your pet. Hazel loved her team and even did tricks for treats! Thank you for providing top tier care to my fur bb!!!!

Dr. Grimes is absolutely incredible. Had my dog euthanized at our home. I’ve never seen a more caring doctor of anything in my life. She explained the whole process, what was going to happen, gave us time and more importantly cared. Simply, great. Thank you Dr. Grimes.

Never in my 45 years of having animals have I had such an experience with a clinic. I left because I refused to argue. They called me to say they videotaped me, and agreed I said I do not want to argue. They criticized me because they said I left "in a huff" and they wanted to sever the relationship. All of this because I was nine minutes late for an appointment. They did not serve me as a client and were respectful. The last visit we went in for was for they didn't know what even though they made the appointment and we ended up having a vaccine sooner than needed because they didn't know what to do with the appointment. This time they didn't also know what to do with the appointment or exactly what tests to run at the appointment time. Somebody who is in the know is not in charge. It must be frustrating not to know your job.

Dr. Anderson is knowledgeable, professional and explains things in a manner easy to digest. It’s also obvious she loves animals. The rest of the staff were kind and helpful. Very much appreciated by Daisy and myself!

Fast and friendly staff, from scheduling with customer service to being greeted upon our arrival, and from the caring and gentle Vet Techs to Dr. Kelly’s compassionate and thorough care, I love our experience at Alaska Vet Clinic.
