I didn't catch the gentleman's name, I only spoke with him for a moment. I can honestly say, what a caring facility they operate!! My goodness! I work for a cargo place in a small town and we are all connected in one way or another. When a loved one is lost, we all feel that pain.There was a bit of confusion and the gentleman on the phone was amazingly helpful and knew exactly what I was inquiring into.
