The staff at White Chapel-Greenwood was so nice to work with throughout the planning process and the service. Everyone we encountered was kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful as we experienced the devastating loss of our mother. They thought of every detail and helped us plan a loving memorial.

Upon entering the doors I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine show of care and concern for my family by Mrs Sherri Taylor and other staff members. Mrs Nikki Ross who assisted me is a very knowledgeable representative and handled the entire process professionally.

Been putting flowers on my parents grave for years and never been a problem. Been putting Angels on the grave for years and never been an issue. All the sudden they decided to remove everything without a warning. Called up there today and was told “it’s in the hand book” What about the past 8-10years. Very disappointing

Took everything off my mother and brother's grave without notifying my family. They have my email and my phone number yet they threw EVERY decoration placed on every headstone on a table in the back like it was all trash and not precious gifts to our loved ones. Not to mention the state that my family members grave was left in.

Very upset that things were moved from a grave site. How can you remove stuff that isn’t flowers? I mean something’s are sentimental between the pasted loved ones and the ones still here. I’m very upset to know this isn’t ok. No notice given to family or anything.
