Brian Gallion was an absolute blessing during the cremation process for my husband. He handled everything with such care and efficiency, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Brian was always available to answer our many questions and provided incredible compassion and support when we needed it most. His kindness and professionalism made such a difference during this difficult time. Amy was also wonderful, offering kind and thoughtful assistance throughout. Together, they made a very difficult time easier for our family. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine compassion meant the world to us. Brigid and Bryan were so kind and compassionate that it made a difficult time for my family much easier. Brigid walked us through the process and did exactly what she said she would do. I had a family member handled by this home. I was very upset and waited before submitting this review. I worked with Brian, he was rude and very unprofessional, I would NEVER recommend this Funeral Home to ANYONE! If you don't wish to deal with grieving families you really should not be in this business.
