Prior to losing my aunt, the Neptune Society was patient with me and answered all of the questions I had with professionalism, care, and patience. Of course, once it was time to initiate the process the emotions had kicked in and I was so grateful that it only required making one call with George and they handled everything quickly and respectfully. I am very grateful for the caring people that work in this field, particularly the Birmingham, AL office of The Neptune Society.

The night my husband died I felt so lost and had no idea how I would get through it… having the Neptune Society in place meant I only had to make one phone call, and at that time it was really all I could handle. The Neptune Society handled everything and I was treated with respect and care. I would highly recommend that everyone plan for their last day, and using the Neptune Society means that everything is handled, everything is paid, and everyone left behind can be assured that they can get the support and care they need.
Neptune Society has been amazing every step of the way. We had to make the most difficult decision to take our father off life support. We googled funeral homes the night before and found this amazing, friendly place! I was on the phone with one of the team members until almost midnight trying to get everything situated. When my father passed, I didn’t want to just leave him there alone, but to my surprise, the funeral home was already on the way when the nurses called to let them know. I felt a peace leaving him with them. It only took 4 days to do his cremation and I kept in contact with Holly the funeral director the whole time. The most friendly, caring and compassionate establishment we have ever delt with. They offer the most thoughtfulness and professionalism. I definitely recommend this company. 10 stars
A very professional staff at the Birmingham office. They made a very difficult time less stressful with a “ seamless “ process for overseeing the cremation of a loved one with dignity and respect. I have a Neptune Society cremation plan, and I highly recommend them.
