Jim Johnson, the funeral director of Johns-Ridout's Southside location, was extraordinary in every way after the unexpected passing of our mom. He went above and beyond to assist us during the entire process, always taking the time to answer our questions in a timely manner, with caring professionalism. From the proof reading of her obituary to the special accommodations before her cremation to the respectful delivery of her ashes, Jim was there for us. His straightforward clarity and calming compassion made all the difference for our family during this very difficult and confusing time. We will be forever grateful.
