I picked my baby girl up at Riverview animal clinic today. They were supposed to be there at 230pm, I called earlier and she wasn't there. I got held up at an appointment an was an hour later, I showed up she wasn't there, but right before I left she was brought in by a lovely woman who clearly was trying to be on time. God is our director and everything was on time, I feel my kuddah just let me know "it was just the right time Mom". Thank you heavenlee for your care, respect of my dear loved one. The picture on the urn is exactly 💯 my baby girl. I love the heart with hair and whiskers 😻

Losing our sweet FeLV cat was heartbreaking, but they made a sad time a little easier. They were so kind, caring, and thoughtful every step of the way. Her urn and everything we received back was beautiful and truly special—something we will cherish forever. I’m so grateful for the love and care they showed our little one. Thank you again Amber!!!! Our sweet fighter will forever be missed!

Got my baby girl back today and I was blown away by the care and quality they took with her and our keepsakes. I am so glad we chose to use HeavenLee and to have the box customized. The resin heart with her fur inside is my absolute favorite and something I can hold in my hands when my heart is aching for my big baby. I received my cat’s ashes today from HeavenLee, and I am so grateful for the care and attention they put into every detail. The wooden urn is beautiful, and the paw print impression and heart with a tuft of his fur meant so much to me. They even included an ink imprint of his little nose and paw print—something I didn’t expect but will treasure forever. Losing a pet is incredibly hard, but they made this part of the journey gentler with their compassion and thoughtfulness. I couldn’t be more appreciative.

I am so grateful for the personal attention and care that was given to my sweet little boy Rocco. He passed one week before Christmas and he was returned to me one week later, wasn't expecting that with the holidays. Over the years I have had to say goodbye to a number of my dear fur babies and it seems to get harder each time I've had to let one go. HeavenLee was wonderful to work with and I couldn't believe how caring and compassionate they were helping me thru this difficult time. I would highly recommend HeavenLee to anyone who is need of the services they provide. The personalized wooden urn, clay paw print, ink prints of his little nose and paw and the heart shaped paper weight with some of his hair were so nice and have given me some peace knowing how respectfully they treated him. I know the day will come when I will have to deal with another loss of a beloved pet and there is no question who I will be calling! Thank you HeavenLee for the entire process.
