Family Pet Cremation of Alabama

My beautiful boy passed away suddenly on a Saturday. We unfortunately had to put him in our freezer until we could make arrangements. I called Monday morning and spoke to Sam and he was so kind and helpful, he came out to my house within the hour to get my baby for me. He and an associate lifted him and put him in their vehicle (and it wasn’t easy, he was very heavy and the moving blanket was frozen so it was hard to watch and hard for them to lift) but they did it. They were so easy and gentle with him. Sam took our information and we paid right in our living room. I asked for his paw prints to be put on paper and he did that for me and laminated them, as well as a clay paw print and a bag of fur. They engraved his box and it’s so nice. Very thankful for Sam and Elizabeth, who helped get my baby’s obituary online with his photo. I highly recommend them, they are professional and work in a timely manner. We will absolutely use them in the future. Pricing is very affordable also. Thank you both for taking care of our boy and being so understanding.

To some people pets are just animals, to others they are a part of the family. Sam and Elizabeth treat you and your pet like family. I never met Sam but talked to him on the phone and throughout the conversation I knew he was a very caring and sweet individual. When I took my sweet girl Chloe to them Elizabeth was absolutely lovely. She was so kind and compassionate. I'm glad I took Chole to them. I highly recommend their service.

They did an amazing job taking care of our cat Boots cremation. He was returned to us in a timely manner and you could tell there was extra love and care put into the nose and paw prints. They truly make an incredible loss a little more bearable.

Their sympathetic approach and professionalism were evident throughout the cremation process. This is a wonderful facility. Very compassionate and understanding. Their furry office friends help and like pats/rubs. Elizabeth was super helpful and does amazing woodwork. Their website is fantastic and clear pricing (which is always a sore subject about a loved one passing). I was very pleasantly surprised when my search for a pet cremation brought me to them, just don't get stuck by the trains!
